Season Travel Booking Informaiton

As rooms become available for the 2025-2026 tournaments, booking links and details will be posted below. You will also receive a LeagueApps email and text notification—please make sure you’re subscribed and have the League Apps Play App downloaded to receive notifications.

Before booking, review the travel policies and your team’s tournament schedule carefully.

Travel FAQs

  • Families are responsible for booking hotel rooms; NEVBC provides hotel blocks for most events over an hour away
  • NEVBC does not book transportation or hotel rooms for athletes or parents
  • Athletes may share rooms- all rooming decisions are up to parents/guardians.
  • If a parent/guardian can’t attend an event , another family must be designated to travel with their athletes.
  • Coaches are not responsible for chaperoning athletes.

Teams must book at least 5 rooms per night to be eligible to play in these events.

Teams must book 8–10 rooms per night to meet our contract and be eligible to play in these events. These contracts usually give us access to well-located hotels.

You’ll receive a time-sensitive email with instructions and links. Filter the tournament schedule to your team and follow the posted details.
