Keydrick Segur joined the Rider volleyball staff in the summer of 2021 and was promoted to Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in 2024. During his time at Rider, Keydrick has coached and helped develop numerous standout student-athletes. Since arriving, he has helped guide the Broncs to multiple All-Conference honors, Player of the Year(2022) and Setter of the Year(2021) awards, and an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American in 2022. Keydrick has also seen two of his players go on to sign professional contracts with NOMOS LLC, a global volleyball management agency.


Coach Keydrick was the recipient of the 2022 AVCA Diversity Award, one of only 18 coaches selected nationwide and the sole honoree from the MAAC. He has been active with USA Volleyball, serving as an assistant coach for the Girls 15 National team since 2021 and the U19 Girls NTDP team in 2024. His teams have medaled at both the USA All-Star Championship and GEVA Power League.

An experienced club coach and recruiter, Coach Keydrick has helped over 50 athletes move on to play at the collegiate level, including 19 at Division I programs. Within the past five years, Keydrick’s team has qualified for 3 National bids to USAV Nationals. 

Keydrick previously coached at International Volleyball Club (2018-2020), Princeton Volleyball Club (2021-2022), and most recently Allstar Empire 17-1 team (2022-2025).
