Coach Jenna is originally from River Edge, NJ and currently lives in Stamford, CT. With a strong foundation in volleyball, she honed her skills as a standout player at River Dell Regional High School, where she captained the varsity team to a remarkable victory as the NJ Group II State Champion. Jenna also showcased her passion for the sport by playing at the club level with the Cut Shot Volleyball Club and continuing her journey at Sacred Heart University. Her experience on the court is complemented by a deep understanding of the game, particularly in the activation of classic 6v.6 formats, which highlights her strategic approach to coaching.
Jenna believes that the key to successful coaching lies in fostering communication, confidence, and patience among her players. By establishing strong relationships with her athletes, she creates an environment where each player feels valued and empowered. Jenna’s philosophy is simple yet profound: when coaches believe in their players, it inspires them to believe in themselves. This approach not only enhances individual performance but also cultivates a cohesive team dynamic, leading to collective success on and off the court.
Beyond her coaching career, Jenna contributes her talents to a non-profit organization in an events and communications role. Her passion for sports extends beyond volleyball; she is a huge baseball enthusiast with a personal goal to visit all MLB stadiums. This ambition reflects her love for the game and the experiences it brings.
