Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Coach Janna joins us NEVBC as a coach in our regional program. In her early career, she played for A5 Volleyball Club. She is an alumni from University of South Carolina, where she played two years with the team before graduating early. Currently, Janna plays on the Fairfield University women’s team, which won the 2023 MAAC Championship and made it to the first round of the NCAA Division 1 tournament.
Janna was a volunteer assistant for Norcross Junior Blue Devils from 2016-2019. She also coached for North Atlanta Volleyball Club from 2018-2019. Her favorite drill to coach is Chaos to Order.
While at USC, Janna was named to the 2020-2021 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll and in 2021 was also named to the 2021 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll. Janna has her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from USC and is currently working on a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Fairfield U.
