Originally from Bethany, Connecticut, Coach Theo built a strong foundation in volleyball at Amity Regional High School before continuing his career at Lasell University. As a standout collegiate athlete, Theo earned 2025 GNAC Offensive Player of the Year honors and was named a 2025 AVCA First Team All-American, in addition to receiving AVCA All-America Honorable Mention recognition in 2024. His high-level playing experience brings a competitive edge and deep understanding of the game to his coaching.

Theo has coached with multiple programs, including Northeast, CT Juniors, and Joel Barlow High School. Across his coaching experience, he has developed a reputation for focusing on the small details that make a big difference in athlete performance. He emphasizes technical precision and consistency, often incorporating drills like cover work to build strong, well-rounded players. One of his favorite coaching moments was helping his team earn a silver bracket finish at their first NEAAU event in the winter of 2026.

Outside of coaching, Coach Theo focuses his time on continuing to grow within the sport and pursuing his interest in graphic design. He is excited to continue working with NEVBC athletes and is committed to helping players improve, compete, and succeed at every level.
