Coach Lydia recently relocated from Austin, TX to Stamford and is excited to continue coaching and developing young athletes at NEVBC. She played six years of high-level club volleyball as a setter and opposite, competing with Roots Volleyball, Texas Eclipse, and Austin Performance. Lydia later served as the head coach for U13 and U14 teams at Town & Country Sports, where her team earned the club’s Most Improved Team Award for the 2023 season.
Outside of volleyball, she works as an HR consultant and brings a stong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping athletes grow both on and off the court.
