Coach Luci joins us after moving to the area from Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2022, where she played Division I volleyball for Oral Roberts University as a setter. Luci was a team captain and is a current record holder of ORU’s all-time set assists (4,215).
Born and raised in Croatia, Luci has extensive club experience as an athlete. She won 5 Croatian National Championship titles in different age groups, was a member of the Croatia Youth National Team, and competed on the international level while in high school.
After her collegiate career, Luci became a graduate assistant coach for her Alma Mater
while she was also completing her MBA degree. Luci started her club coaching career right after she earned her bachelors in 2018 and she has been doing it ever since. She coached for Club One and Tulsa Power Volleyball in Oklahoma and has had tremendous success over the years. Luci’s teams won 3 National Qualifiers: 2021 Show me Qualifier in KC in 14 USA division, 2022 Mid-East Qualifier in STL in 15 USA division, and 2022 Show me Qualifier in KC in 14 Liberty division. Luci’s 14s team finished 9th at USAV National Championship in Las Vegas in 2021 and her 15s team finished 5th at USAV National Championship in Indianapolis in 2022.
