Coach Keydrick Segur is entering his second season with Northeast Volleyball Club’s 18.1 team and serves as a member of the club’s recruiting coordinator team. In his first season with the 18.1s, the team finished ranked 66th out of more than 2,500 teams nationally and placed in the top two at five of their eight tournaments while competing in the Open division.
Keydrick brings extensive collegiate and club coaching experience to Northeast. In May 2026, he was named Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Fordham University after spending five seasons at Rider University, where he was promoted to Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in 2024. During his time at Rider, he helped guide the Broncs to multiple All-Conference honors, conference Player and Setter of the Year awards, AVCA All-America recognition, and an appearance in the 2025 MAAC Championship match. In 2026, Keydrick was also recognized by Advancing Beyond in Sports (ABIS) as one of 23 women’s volleyball coaches to watch.
Keydrick has also been involved with USA Volleyball, serving in coaching roles with its national and high-performance programs, including the Girls 15 National Team and U19 Girls NTDP team. His teams have medaled at the USA All-Star Championship and GEVA Power League. In 2022, Keydrick was one of just 18 coaches nationwide to receive the AVCA Diversity Award and was the only recipient from the MAAC.
Prior to Northeast, Keydrick coached at International Volleyball Club, Princeton Volleyball Club, and Allstar Empire. Throughout his club coaching career, his teams have earned three bids to USAV Nationals, and he has helped more than 50 athletes continue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level, including 19 who have gone on to compete at the Division I level. His extensive recruiting experience and knowledge of the college game allow him to be a valuable resource for Northeast athletes as they navigate their own recruiting journeys.
