Originally from Southington, Connecticut, Coach Haley developed her passion for volleyball through four years of club play with CT Juniors before continuing her career at the collegiate level. She played four years of Division II volleyball at the University of Bridgeport, where she served as team captain, demonstrating leadership, dedication, and a strong competitive drive.

Coach Haley brings a wide range of coaching experience to NEVBC. She has served as the Assistant Director of Revolution Sleep Away Volleyball Camp and as the Head Coach at Mater Salvatoris, where she focused on developing athletes both on and off the court. Known for her vocal, enthusiastic, and driven coaching style, Coach Haley emphasizes high-energy practices and loves incorporating drills that challenge players to hustle and compete. One of her favorite parts of coaching is watching athletes grow throughout the season and successfully apply what they’ve learned in practice during games.

Outside of the gym, Coach Haley works as a psychiatric technician and is currently pursuing her nursing degree. In her free time, she enjoys playing futvoli and staying active. She is excited to bring her energy, passion, and commitment to player development to NEVBC and looks forward to helping athletes reach their full potential.
