Coach Connor brings a lifetime of volleyball experience and a genuine love for the game to Northeast. His playing career includes four years of high school volleyball, four years of club volleyball, four years at the NCAA Division III level, and seven years competing in Open-level sand and grass volleyball.

Throughout his playing career, Connor developed into a respected competitor and leader. He was a two-year captain in both high school and college, earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State honors, and was selected as a high school All-Star. At the collegiate level, Connor was inducted into multiple athletic honor societies, received an NCAA Sportsmanship Award, won a Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championship, and competed in the 2025 Division III National Tournament.

Connor has also built coaching experience at Northeast through summer clinics, fall club, and Launch teams, and has served as a manager for an NCAA Division III women’s volleyball program. He brings a strong volleyball IQ developed through years of competing across indoor, sand, and grass formats, along with an optimistic, positive, supportive, and caring approach to working with athletes.

What Connor enjoys most about coaching is seeing athletes fall in love with volleyball and continue to grow within the sport. He loves sharing his own passion for the game and creating an environment where athletes feel supported while being challenged to improve.

Outside of volleyball, Connor is pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant and enjoys hiking, skiing, golf, and pickleball.
