Coach Kaitlyn, originally from Redding, CT, brings a wealth of volleyball experience to NEVBC. She played competitively at Joel Barlow High School and continued at Washington College, where she earned multiple accolades including All-Conference honors and MVP titles. Kaitlyn has since transitioned into coaching, serving as Associate Head Coach at CT Crush and head coach at Chelsea Piers Summer Camp. Her coaching strengths lie in serve recieve and blocking, and she particularly enjoys seeing her athletes thrive during their respective high school seasons.
Outside of coaching at NEVBC, Kaitlyn completed her PhD in neuroscience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently a postdoctoral scientist at Yale University. Her interests include baking and spending time with family. She cherishes her volleyball memories with NEVBC, especially those shared with her brother Kevin, also a coach at the club.
